Here are some pointers on removing marks and prints without damaging your paint surface.
Dust first! This will remove any grit which might scratch the paint.
Don't spray cleaners directly on the wall. Use a microfiber or other non-abrasive cloth dipped in a small amount of mild detergent, and rub gently on the stain. If this does not work, wipe the wall with water and then try a mix of ammonia and water. Gentle pressure is usually enough to get superficial dirt off. Avoid heavy scrubbing.
If the smudge or dirt remains visible, it might be time for a touch-up!
